there are two typical reasons for this:
1. You paid by echeck. These take several business days to
clear.
2. If you paid from your paypal account or with credit card
and cannot login, please recheck your username and password.
The password is case sensitive.
3. If you still cannot login, or cannot remember your
user/password, please send us a support ticket. We will
reset your account and email the new username and password
to the email address you used to register. |
